Nax3 : Condo de luxe dans la communauté haut de gamme de Langosta

Ne jamais revenir. Positive: L’emplacement Negative: Machine à laver qui ne fonctionnait pas , pas d’eau chaude, serrure de la terrasse qui ne fermait pas , ce faire mettre dehors par la sécurité alors que l’appartement avait été libéré 15 minutes avant, nous attendions à la piscine car mon mari avait pris un médicament avant de prendre le volant , c’est vraiment très abusé .

My family and I stayed here for 9 days. The property is beautiful and well maintained. The pool is gorgeous and used the gas grill several times. View from the condo is not the best, but the inside of the condo is very clean, comfortable and well-maintained. The complex is gated and the guards are super friendly! Also like that it is close enough to Tamarindo, but not IN Tamarindo. Playa Langosta was a perfect location for us. If you stay here, be sure to go to Fish and Cheeses down the street first and say "Hi" to Bruno! He is a perfect welcome if it is your first time in Costa Rica (As it was ours).

Fabulous Langosta location. Cleanliness could be better. Positive: Location was excellent. Loved the pool and building. Beach access was just down the side street. 10 minute walk. Easy walk to downtown Tamarindo. Negative: Mildew smell in the smaller bedroom right as you walk in. Door to smaller bedroom scraped the floor. Door to access the balcony would not close properly at times. Had to be pushed closed at times. One very small rug in main bathroom and it was filthy. Large rugs would be welcomed by sink and shower. Overall the main bathroom needs updating and a deep cleaning. The shower glass holding hardware looked corroded. I did not ask about the condition of the other bedroom/bathroom in the Master Suite from our other family members. Being listed as a luxury unit, I expected more.
