Great condo with awesome outdoor space; well-appointed and centrally located. Positive: The modern design and huge balcony were a plus. It’s also located within walking distance of the beaches, restaurants and bars. Howler monkeys hang out in the trees on this property, you can see them every day. Negative: The road directly outside of the property is not paved

Very nice apartment in a quiet location. Positive: The property was very clean and functional, the people were friendly, it was quiet, and our apartment by the pool was fantastic. Negative: There was a lot to like about this property but a few things held us back from giving it top marks: -They did not use Booking.com’s payment system, which most of us much prefer because of its ease of use and low risk, and used a 3rd party system instead. While this is not unusual for some properties listed on Booking, it is always a bummer because of increased risk to clients. It is essentially a transfer of risk to clients. I hold Booking accountable for charging owners too much and for not allowing clients to easily filter out such properties from property searches. No lost points to the property for this. But Booking, you can do way better. -BUT, the property’s 3rd party payment system sucked. I’ve used these several times before and they worked but it totally failed here. In the end, I had to use a convoluted approach to transfer the money upfront. To their credit, the property owners were friendly throughout that week-long ordeal. -The property location is not so bad if you like to walk. I rented a golf cart and it wasn’t all that necessary in the end. BUT, one of the roads from the property is quite dusty and dirty at times.

Great comfortable stay in Tamarindo Positive: Very comfortable apartment with everything you need, the pool in front is nice and not too far from town if you have a car. Building staff were very friendly. Negative: N/a
